The PATIENT PORTAL allows you to:

• Make changes to your demographic information
• View results of lab and other diagnostic tests
• Request an appointment
• Request a referral
• Request a medication refill
• Inquire about a bill
• View health summary information
• Print or save an electronic copy of a clinical summary
